thorough and honest. he is friendly but will also be straight with you if he sees any pertinent issues come up. I had a few family members there for the inspection and he handled thier questions with ease. He found a defect in the house from scoping which would have costs me a lot of time and money, had it not been searched thoroughly. He also sends a detailed report of the inspection with pictures rather quickly too. He encouraged me to ask questions throughout the entire process and I felt comfortable asking him anything. He is also punctual .

I moved into an apartment that I was paying $2500 for and I kept getting sick so I called Bob to come and see if there was mold
He was fast. He was professional very nice. He made sure that he contacted me with the results in a timely fashion, and I had trouble with my landlord, so he called my landlord on my behalf very nice wholesome guy I highly recommend Bob

I received a few quotes from inspectors and Bob was the only company to do all 4- home, radon, termite and sewer scope. He was extremely responsive and quick. The day of the inspection, he showed up before all of us and came ready to work (and answer all my crazy questions). He was patient, kind, and funny!
